Title: Homework Question: Spectroscopic Analysis
Post by: Nichdav on October 07, 2013, 12:29:48 AM
You have a solution of 60.61 mg/mL of Mn2+, how much volume of the solution will produce 100 mL of a 0.739 * 10-4 M solution of Mn2+

It's a homework question, I'd appreciate any help you can give.

Cheers.

We don't solve homework here. What is your attempt.  What is the problem with this homework question.
Calculate the mol of the 100 ml solution. Calculate the mol of the given solution. Then get it in ratio.

What does this have to do with spectroscopic analysis anyway?

Because it is a sample to analyze manganese.
