Title: STPP properties at pH 7

Dear all,
 
Will STPP retain it's properties and characteristics at a pH of 7 ?
1% solution of STPP has a pH of 9.5

Can you tell me how to determine STPP is Food grade or Technical Grade ? I also like to know the answer of the question you have asked ?
