Title: Freeze faster ice cream and others

Hello nice people!

The original query by nareshkumaran was about producing water ice, and I answered with that in mind, but the apparatus I proposed is more general. Sketch there, explanations earlier:

Intuitively, the market for ice cream exceeds that for water ice. Other food is frozen beyond ice cream, and other materials beyond food.
