In what situation or event, can sulfuric acid react with which material will release H2S?
Can a rusty acid storage tank leading to generate H2S?

No, you need a reducer. Iodide is able to do it and also some very strong Micro organism in vulcano lakes.
Rost will only dissolve to iron sulfate.
