Title: Reporting AB patterns in a journal article

Recently I worked out a way to solve AB patterns in a more time-efficient manner using Excel.  The Hans Reich collection gives several suggestions on reporting the data, two of which are shown below.

2.63, 2.69 (ABq, 2H, J_AB = 12.2 Hz)

2.66 (ABq, 2H, ΔδAB = 0.05, J_AB = 12.2 Hz)

Is there one way which is used more than any other ways?
