Title: Where to Obtain Nitric Acid?
Post by: CausticPotash on June 20, 2007, 11:08:51 PM
Where can one obtain some nitric acid? I have been looking all around and can't find it anywhere. I asked at the hardware store... they looked at me very suspiciously, like I was some sort of terrorist  ;)

That's because it's one of the primary reactants to prepare most high explosives.  It's difficult to obtain.  There are several threads on this topic on this site.  Search this site.
