Title: temp change
Post by: es032980 on January 24, 2005, 04:59:13 PM
a one half serving of zucchini has a caloric value of approx 15 Cal (15000cal). what would be the temp change in a cup of water (237g) at 20 degrees celsius if the same amount of energy was added to it?

i need to learn how to derive this not just be given the answer. thanks for any help.

you need the heat capacity of water.
