Which is more nucleophilic, sec-OH or NH of the sec-amide towards Br-CH2-CO2Me?

I think there may be some confusion as to how to answer this question because when cosidering nucleophilicity you need to consider the electronic structure of the entire molecule. I think you should try to post the structures of the molecules whose nucleophilicity you are considering. Doing that would allow others to answer with confidence.
