Title: about polarimeter
Post by: khwcm on April 30, 2010, 06:23:02 AM
is it known that polarimeter can show the existence of optical isomers(ie: glucose, obviously), but how is it works?
why the polarized light will rotate in different angles after passing through the chemicals?
