I'm having a hard time solving these questions. Would somebody please help this poor little kid. :-[
1. 2 elements represented by P, Q, and R have proton numbers between 10 and 18. P has two more electrons than a noble gas structure while Q, has two elctrons fewer than a noble gas structure. Atom R has 13 electrons.
- What is the correct order of these elements in periodic table?
- Which element is a. metal b. non-metal ?
2. Draw the structure when Lithium loosened elctron and chlorine gains
Thank you sooo much. :D

Write down atomic numbers of the first three noble gases - you will find them in periodic table. Then it is simple logic.
