Hello,

I was thinking of a cool experiment for a high school chemistry class that I work with and thought that trying to make a glowing reaction or glow sticks would be fun. I have found a recipe on how to make them but I ant find a part I need. It calls for hydrogen -peroxide which iIcan buy any local store but does any one know where to find a substance call Cyalume? if any one knows where I could buy some of this it would help me out a great deal.

Thats probably a trade name not a chemical name. Try to figure out what the chemical name is.

yea i saw that off of wikipedia it says the name is also Phenyl oxalate ester or Diphenylethandioate

Chemical formula =  C14 H10 O4

isnt that the formula for Benzoyl peroxide?
