Chromatography Method Linearity
« on: October 13, 2006, 04:01:57 AM »
Hello all

I am trying to demostrate linearirty of an analytical method used to quantify anions by ion chromatography...
Does anyone have any hints/tips or sources of info for this??

Also, at some time in the future I will have to demonstrate linearity of a GC method for analysis of solvents...can I apply the same procedure??

Cheers

Mikep

In witch concentration you want to have a linearity ?
for example if your main concentration is 1mg/ml you must do like this...
from minimum detection limit to 200% of your main conc. you must make some samples in 20% difference conc. then detect theme and after all make a graph ...
do this in three difference day and three difference sample for each conc.and take a graph conc. vs volume .
your slop must be at least 0.999 .
now you prove your conc.linearity ...
where is my vote?
