hello im dont speak in inglish sorry if im wrong on any word.
My question is if any of you know why after doing the hydrolysis of sucrose to do the felhing test I should add a few drops of NaOh.

en el caso de que alguien sepa español la pregunta es por que despues de hacer la hidrolisis de la sacarosa, para hacer en ensayo de felhing debo agregar algunas gotas de NaOH.
