What should I consider when determining the acidity of this kind of molecules?
Do I need to draw all the resonance structures it has?

You need to consider the stability of the conjugate base.

So the C7H8 (2nd molecule) has its conjugated base e cloud spread over 7 carbons compared to the C5H6 being only its conjugated base has its e cloud spread over 5 carbons, So C7H8 is the most acidic molecule.
Is this correct?

Remove the proton from both molecules. You will receive conjugated bases. Which will be more stable and why (hint - count the electrons)?
