Fragment Ion Of EIPNA
« on: July 18, 2020, 09:57:51 PM »
Hi, I'm trying to fragment the ion for EIPNA or NEIPA (Ethylisopropylnitrosamine) using Agilent LC QQQ MS with APCI as the ion source. From the publication I should be getting fragment ion of M/Z 75.0 and 47.0 but I keep getting the mass around 59 to 61 by auto. But when I specify it to be 75 and 47. The result came out very low And I cant seems to predict the structure formed in that mass in the chemical structure. Is any one getting this values too ? Thanks
