I know b. has dipole-dipole
I think c. has london dispersion?

All aliphatic ethers, regardless of the substituents, show an almost constant dipole moment of ~ 2.3 D. Does it prove dispersion forces?

@OP,
Aside from the question of dipole-dipole interaction, there is another IMF to consider. Think about the lone pairs.
