How to remove TBAF

difficult to remove the TBAF by washing with water during the workup or flash chromatography.Any ideas?

Try to crash it out with diethyl ether (provided your product is soluble). I had similar problems when  I worked with tetrabutylmmonium tetrafluoroborate, and this method was easy and efficient.
