I made copper acetate for an experiment. My question is why this turns blue? I think there are the hydrated ions.

After a few years of studying chemistry and you will begin to understand (this is advanced inorganic chemistry).
For now, check out Wikipedia.
Anhydrous Cu(OAc)

is a dark green, hydrate is more bluish-green (drying requires a vacuum).
