How would I go about calculating theoretical yield for the product of the reaction, I know the mass of benzamide but this isn't a balanced equation is it?

Assuming benzamide is a limiting reactant you don't need to balance the reaction - at least as long as you get the molar ratio of the limiting reactant/product right.
