Chemical kinetics
« on: November 07, 2020, 05:53:45 AM »
Hello, I could ask to check the kinetic equations, I added the reaction mechanism using a picture. The mechanism was performed in 25 ml of n heptane to which one gram of catalyst was added.
dcA/dt=-(k1+k2)*cA
dcB/dt=-(k3+k4)*cB
dcC/dt=-k5*cC
dcD/dt=k1*cA-k6*cD
dcE/dt=k2*cA+k3*cB-k7*cE-k8*cE-k9*cE
dcF/dt=k4*cB+k5*cC-k10*cF
dcG/dt=k6*cD+k7*cE-k11*cG
dcH/dt=k9*cE+k10*cF-k12*cH
dcI/dt=k11*cG+k8*cE+k12*cH
Is there any way to simplify it, please? I will then throw it into the matlab so that I know what else to define there. Thank you very much.
