The rules of this forum are that you must show your attempt, and then we can help you. I will give you a hint, however. I would focus on the chemical shifts and integrals and not worry too much about the appearance of the peaks.

about 8 hydrogens with a chemical shift of around 1-2
the allylic hydrogens should show up right over 2
the one vinylic hydrogen should be around 6 or so
often the machine will do the integration for you. but I say phoey to that. you can assign a rough formula to each parabola and integrate yourself

the allylic hydrogens should show up right over 2
the one vinylic hydrogen should be around 5.3 or so
