I take Chemistry HL and for my Chem IA I am exploring how the concentration of active ingredients in Ibuprofen react to different temperatures. However, I don't know much about the actual chemical properties of Ibuprofen (since it's not in my syllabus) and whether temperature affects its efficiency before consumption. Is this a good idea? Also is Isobutylphenyl Propionic acid the active ingredient in Ibuprofen?
