Hey, can someone help to determine substance from 1H, 13C NMR and GC/MS data?
MS shows 229.

Both, 1H and 13C has only 2 signals, so the molecule should probably be symmetrical.
Signals in 1H have ratio 1:2.
In 13C You can see quaternary carbons at 153 ppm.
