Has anyone had success with this reaction? I have a refrence below. The material is racemic methyl-2-methylhex-5-ynoate.

This is a very exotic reaction, low chance that someone here has done it. Are you going to use amine as reagent? You have to be aware that the ester in the startingmaterial can form amide.
