Could microplastic be created during use?
« on: October 13, 2021, 06:23:38 AM »
I mean, when a plastic product or as simple as a plastic packaging, during its service life, not under strong uv or sunlight, could microplastic be created from action like scratching, dropping, colliding with other objects? For example, a disposable plastic rigid box of any kind or just a piece of plastic sheet used to make folders, if we cut it into half with a scissor, could microplastic be released from the cutting edge (of course we won't notice)
