Actually, what I want is C4H8O3, so I can make money with it! I'm studying the synthesis of it with the simplest commonly used drugs. Because I am not a chemistry major, I seek help on the Internet! We are not from the same country. I hope to get your guidance. Thank you.

Because I am a self-taught chemistry student, I have a little knowledge of it, some understand it, and some don't, so I came to the Internet for help, hoping to get guidance, thank you.

This is about as ambiguous as possible, 3-hydroxybutyric acid is a reasonably unique name.

You think you can - as an amateur not understanding most basic concepts - do something cheaper than industry veterans?

If I can suggest something: start by studying chemistry, once you get to the level of chemistry major you will be much better equipped to deal with the processes involved. Right now you will be mostly wasting time and money.

Please read the forum rules, we don't discuss drugs here.

I am locking the thread.
