Alkene from triphenyl phosphine and an epoxide

Does anyone know if this reaction occurs at any significant speed at roomtemp? Its not a very common reaction, its more common to epoxidize alkenes, not the other way around.

Epoxides are less stable so that is more faster reaction than The Wittig reaction.
