Kerosene + Ethanol mix performance in a fuel air bomb
« on: January 21, 2024, 01:46:18 AM »
I think this goes here i couldnt find a pyrotechnic section, so i got a question, im planning on making a fuel air bomb using 4 liters kerosene and 300 - 400 mls of ethanol as fuel. I wanna know how this mix would perform in a stoichometric mix with oxygen in the air after being dispersed by a high explosive charge, would it detonate effectively? Would it just burn? Should i add the ethanol to improve performance, and if so in what proportions exactly? i have around 500mls i can spare max.

Forum rules say no discussion on how to make explosives.
That is why there is no pyrotechnic section.
Had you read the forum rules before posting as directed at the top of the forum page (see red link at top of page) you would known that rule.
