p-anisidine value at different wavelegth
« on: January 09, 2024, 04:45:50 AM »
Hey guys, I am a student who is trying to investigate on the p-anisidine value (AnV) of biodiesel (fatty acid ester); however, in my school there isn't a uv-vis spectrophotometer, but just a vis spectrophotometer from 380nm to 700nm. Therefore, I can't really measure the absorbance of the biodiesel at 350nm. Is there any way that I could find the p-anisidine value  ?

Can you ask for time on another university that has a UV-spectrophotometer? Its just a phonecall?
