Hello,

I'm formulating protein nanocapsules and then drying to "deflate" them to form protein cavitation nuclei (pCaN) I have electron microscopy images and diameters so I know roughly the shape and size they should be, as well as what they're formed from. But what software could I use to make some form of 3D model?

I haven't done a huge amount of coding, but do know basics.
