Difference between Molar Mass and Relative Molecular Mass

I have a few questions about Molar Mass and Relative Atomic/Molecular Mass.
1. Can we use these 2 interchangeably in our calculations as they are numerically equivalent?

Yes, but consider
Molar mass M is the mass of 1 mol of the compound. Unit is g*mol^-1.
The relative molar mass (symbol Mr) is a dimensionless quantity related to the molar mass M by Mr = M/(10–3kg·mol–1). In the case of an element, this reduces to the Atomic Weight Ar and, rounded to the nearest integer, it gives the number of nucleons in the most abundant isotope.
