There is a part two from my previous post, I don't really get how to solve it and I would appreciate anyone's help so much. It states:
Variation: use of a hexagonal mirror, the distance between the two mountains is 50km and the number of revolutions (not complete revolutions) of the mirror per s is equal to 6000. Are the two points A and B at which the beam is reflected by the mirror subject to superposition?
How much time is required for the mirror to turn 60 degrees and for the chain to travel the distance between points A and B of the layout? Explain.
Data given: Speed โโof light in vacuum.
My attempt which I'm pretty sure is wrong:50 km. For superposition to exist, it is necessary that the distance between A and B is not negligible compared to the wavelength of the light being used.
in the octagon it was: 360/8=45 degrees
1/8n the rotation=> c=8ns
for hexagon: 360/6=60 degrees
1/6n the rotation => c=6n2s
n2>n1 speed increase
6n=6000->n=1000
50,000/c
(500002/c)=> T=6t=6(โโ)
??
