Crystal Field Theory was made by physicists to describe inorganic complexes. It is not always an accurate model.

Ligand Field Theory was made by Chemists using Molecular Orbital Theory and is a very accurate model.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex
