I was wondering if anyone is familiar with issues in using Loctite near compounds susceptible to breaking down via hydrocarbon contamination.  What is significant about Loctite's chemical structure that could cause it to breakdown other materials?  Not a chemist here...want to know what materials cannot be used near Loctite, or what materials could be used near Loctite (i.e. greases, lubrication materials), or Loctite alternative.  Anyone with experience in this out there?  Thanks.
