Hello,

Can someone let me know if 10 mL of 0.2 N H2SO4 equals to 10 mL of 0.1 M HCl?

Do you want to know if they have the same amount of hydrogen ions?

I know that sulfuric acid has two hydrogens and hydrochloric acid has one.  To convert normality to molarity, I just divide the normality by the two hydrogens and that will give me 0.1 M acid solution. The thing I am not sure is if I have to divide the 10 mL of 0.2N H2SO4 by two also.

No, you just divide the concentration by 2.
