How do I include ChemDraw drawings in posts?

I looked and didn't see it, but I hvae always suspected that I am anundiganosed dselyxic.  If there is a technical isseus tpye forum that you're going to move this to, please let me know.

Do you need to know how to export the image in ChemDraw, or attach it to the forum?
If it is attaching it here to the forum, just click the "Additional Options..." immediately under the post box.

and if it's exporting the image, click "save as" and in the drop-down menu for "save as type" choose "GIF image" for the file type.

Then after it's saved as a .gif file, I upload the .gif to a photograph hosting site and put it in here ubb style?  (), about like that?
