The second compound is oxalyl chloride and it does the same thing as thionyl chloride when reacting with carboxylic acids.  It'll form a more reactive carboxylic acid derivative.

ok my friend I got it and I know that the product are PhCOCl + CO2 + CO + HCl

but now I don't know how to do the the arrow-pushing mechanism :-(

Can you find any way to help me with that?
