How To Melt Magnesium and Aluminium?
«

Dear all,
I would like to make some ingots of these two metals but as you can imagine, they both oxidise instead of melting.
I don't have access to inert gases.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Adam

If it goes pop, OK.
If it goes KABOOM, better.
