can anyone tell me the physical size of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycyclic_aromatic_hydrocarbon)?
and also how to calculate the size of a molecule.
any help apreciated.

It depends on the specific molecule you're looking at. You could use typical
bond lengths
and simple geometry to estimate the size.
