I can not figure out how to make this fixed font so everything lines up
there are only spaces no tabs

If you're using "preformatted text" you can use the <code></code> bboard tag. Just relpace the "<>" with "[]"

Sometimes the bboard will change the formating of texts in order to be "efficient". So if all the spaces and all the dead space is important you type in <code>whatever text</code> and the formatting is preserved.

Is there a way to use a fixed font like courier new?
