vancomycin structure

There are problems with the vancomycin structure in the Chemical Structures section of this site.
1. The amino sugar (attached to the glucose) is missing the ring oxygen atom. As shown, the lower right corner should be oxygen not carbon.
2. 2 alpha-carbon atoms (left center) are missing the letter H.
3. The aspartic acid residue is asparagine (amide not acid) & is attached by the alpha not beta carboxyl.
     I believe the reference for this revision is JACS 102 912 1980.
