Jacobsen's hydrolytic resolution
« on: January 20, 2007, 12:42:28 PM »
Can it be used to resolve a small, 4-carbon molecule with a 1,2-acetonide and a 3,4 epoxide? The C-2 is already chirally pure (from mannitol). I want to enrich the C-3
