Calculate q, w, E, and H for the process in which 78.0 g of nitrous oxide gas (N2O) is cooled from 161°C to 59°C at constant pressure of 5.00 atm. (See Table 9.1.)
I'm confused in how to find q, because the temperature is in Celsius, rather than Joules. Is there supposed to be a conversion somewhere? My book is useless

Joules is not a measure of temperature, its a measure of energy.
The heat, q, is the amount of energy in joules lost during the cooling, this comes from the heat capacity of the material and the temperature change.
