« on: April 11, 2007, 04:10:11 AM »
:)hi all , I am a new member of this forum..
I want to ask about a chemical cell experiment
There is a lemon, and it is joined a mg strip and cu strip in the lemon
and a external circuit is linked this two strip

so my question is, in this experiment, would the electrons from mg strip to the cu strip forms new cu atom???
i am wondering the lemon has cu ion or not :o

mostly likely no, but it functions as an electrolyte.
