Concentration of ions

If we have 1M of sulphuric acid solution, there would be 1M of SO42- ions and 2M of H+ ions.  Is that correct?

If dissociation was complete, then that would be correct. However, the second dissociation constant of sulfuric acid is five orders of magnitude lower than the first (pKa1 ~ -3, pKa2 ~ 2).

In other words, the

H+ + HSO4- <----> 2H+ + SO42-

equilibrium lies further to the left.
