volumetric analysis
« on: May 08, 2007, 05:56:59 AM »
hi,
we carried out an experiment 4 months ago and now were improving our work, and after 4 months i forgot what to write for my evaluation or conclusion. it was trying to find the concentration of HCL, and we also did a standard solution of sodium carbonate. so far i only wrote that a data logging could have helped our results be accurate.
any help is much appreciated
thank you.

V1C1=V2C2

where V is volume and C is concentration.

If you were making an HCl solution, multiply the volume of HCl  by its concentration and divide by volume of solution made for concentration of HCl in the solution. If you didn't write down your original data from 4 months ago then good luck.
