That sulfamic acid trick is not exactly the thing you do by the breakfast table (I dont eat raw eggs, but I know someone who do for the sake of his muscles). But it might do the trick in front of an biology class, remember a flashlight.

We talked about this a long time ago. I remember because this is when Borek pretty much taught me about organic acids I think.

I'm fairly sure it was you at least. I was too caught up in the fact that it wasn't a simple acid (like HCl), and you pretty much gave one piece of knowledge that has always stuck with me, "Acid first, organic second." It was something like that at least.
