I’m trying to make a Cesium Selenium Scandide crystal  CsSeSc for a semiconductor experiment I am doing. Problem is I’m not sure what would be the best way of making this using relatively easy to obtain chemicals. I can get Scandium Oxide and Cesium Oxide still not sure what is the best way……any suggestions would be much appreciated!
