Is a glucoside decomposed when placed into boiling water

If one were to use ethanol to extract a plant glucoside, and some of that glucoside/ethanol mixture were to be poured into boiling water, would the glucoside instantly decompose? and if not, what effect would the boiling water have...Thanks

Glucosides are sensitive to hydrolysis, so I would expect that putting a glucoside in boiling water could break the glycosidic bond, depending on how stable your glucoside is.
