Electrochemistry of IRON ( Fe+3 to Fe+2)

Does anyone know if there is an electrochemical method to convert Fe+3 to Fe+2 and find the time involved in this reaction. Your input is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "time involved in the reaction"?

I mean if we start with same amount of Fe+3 and we induce current to convert Fe+3 to Fe+2, depending on the particle size or other factors like molecular w.t of iron, the time required to convert Fe+3 to Fe+2 should be different if the two products are different and this would be a method to compare the two products?

Time will depend on the current flowing, which in turn will usually depend on the voltage applied. Comomon approach is not to measure time, but to apply voltage (most likely not a constant one, but sweeping) and to measure current as a function of time.

Google voltamperometry, polarography, coulometry. There are fat books that just introduce main ideas...
